Any student who has not completed registration and paid registration 费用 by the end of the day designated as Last Day for Registration and Payment of 费用 will be considered a late registrant and will be charged a late registration fee of $75.00. Any exception occasioned by an irregular registration must be approved by the Registrar.

The Federal Unsubsidized Stafford loan is a fixed-rate federal student loan available to graduate and professional school students. Federal Stafford loans are the most common way to pay for graduate and professional school. As of July 1, 2012, only unsubsidized Federal Stafford loans are available to graduate students. Listed below are some benefits of the Federal Stafford Loan for 研究生及专业学生:

There are no fixed annual or aggregate loan limits for Direct PLUS Loans. A graduate or professional student may be awarded a Direct PLUS Loan for up to the student’s COA minus other EFA. 因此, a graduate/professional student who has received the maximum Direct Unsubsidized Loan amount for an academic year may have additional Direct PLUS Loan eligibility. 类似的, the total Direct PLUS Loan amount borrowed by a parent on behalf of a dependent student may not exceed the student’s estimated COA minus other EFA the student receives for the period of enrollment.
